2010 ZR1, took delivery at Museum and then shipped to Mesa, AZ. Shortly after arriving in AZ, the DIY began showing "low fuel", gas gauge quit working and service engine light went on. Reset button sometimes temporarily fixed it, other times, wouldn't do anything. Took it to Van Chev in Scottsdale and they said it was a bad fuel sending unit in the tank. Labor was 9 hours to dissemble the rear quarter panel, etc to get to the tank and replace the tank (and FSU). Dropped the car off, and they called a few hours later and said the coupler was just loose and nothing was wrong.
The car was stored for approx 4 months and then driven for about a week. Began throwing codes again. Sometimes the reset button would fix it for a few days and sometimes not. Stored the car again for 2 months then driven for 11 days. Again, same problems.
Just got it back from the dealer who has had it for 2 days replacing the tank/fsu. Within 40 miles, began to throw same codes again. We checked the ground, cleaned it, tried to make sure coupling connection was secure. Still throwing codes. So, now must take back into dealer to see if he can figure out what is going on?? Has about 625 miles now.
Also Front two tires and 1 rear tire were out of spec and causing balance issues at about 70 mph.
Anybody with similar problems? Resolutions? Thanks
