Default Where is Total Performance Engineering?

I Ordered parts from them two weeks ago that were absolutely dire to me putting my car back together, and I have not seen anything or gotten a tracking number. I wrote Jen to see, and didnt get a reply and I called and now they are moving. I just would like to know if anyone talks to them so I can maybe find out of she shipped my stuff? I know she had to get more of the oil relocation kits to be able to send me one, but I would like to know whats up

yeah, not total at all. This is keeping me from putting my car back together, and now is beginnging to **** me off. I expressed how urgently I needed these parts when I ordered them. One thing I have learned with building this car is that relying on others blows.

Have you contacted an admin or moderator to help you? Ranting won't get you anywhere...

Default Customer Service

It's getting to be more the rule rather than the exception. After more than three months finally received by steering wheel back, without the airbag. Was told two weeks and now that I have the nerve to ask for my airbag am told they are in the process of moving, NOT THE SAME VENDOR AS YOU. and once they have completed the move will forward my airbag?????????? There are many outstanding vendors on the forum but in my humble opinion we should have a similiar seller/buyer rating system as ebay. Give praise for outstanding service or to buyers and a fair warning to those who are not so great. Will never happen but just my .02 cents. Feel you pain and frustration.

dude, i know your pain. My whole project has been slowed due to customer service differences. I have spent 15+ thousand in the past few months and could give you a few vendors on here that need a lesson in service, and timeliness. I understand they are moving, but they have it impossible for me to get a hold of them. They claim on their phones they re open on the 18th.... I did not want to run to an admin or mod yet because its just not something I do, but now that someone suggests it I would.
Who do I write to?

I would: 1. Let the vendor know if you don't hear from them by a certain date that you are going to file a complaint.
2. If you don't get a response file the complaint and also let members know that you are having a problem
All vendors can have a hiccup here and there but I honestly feel the monitors do keep track of the ones that are having real problems. Look up carskinZ and he is no longer a vendor

If you paid by credit card you can call the CC customer service and get the payment reversed....takes a little time but it will get their attention when the CC company pulls the payment out of their bank account until the matter is settled...

While I have no experience with this particular vendor, I have learned that hitting them in the pocket gets attention in a hurry
