SacCity Cool It V2

It looks like the answer to one of my concerns but even at $90 I want to be sure it does in fact take care of the low-speed temperatures we all experience in the warm months.
Chime in with your experiences or opions.
Thanks ahead.

The Vette will get up around 215+ sitting in traffic, which I know it's designed to handle, but I sort of like to see the in-traffic temps closer to 200,which the cool-it v2 does just fine.
Just a personal preference, but as far as the cool-it is concerned,it does just what I expected it to do.
I know,I could've just had the fan cut-in temp reprogrammed, but this was plug and play, took about 5 minutes, and I didn't have to take it anywhere to have it done.
