If I were you I would consider Yank. They have a very good name,
as well as customer service. Give Dave a call.

i haven't bought one yet? just checking around? ill be calling YANK today. transmission specialties was just a converter my installer recommended? i told him to hold off on buying anything. how long of a wait will determine my purchase as well. i have talked to PI as well. all three have the same internals, and all cost the same????

talked to YANK today, 10 day build time + shipping? suxs, but that wont work for my install schedule. its my DD, and i don't have 2nd gear? PI can get me one in a 2 day build time + shipping.

Then I think you got the answer you wanted. I've run Vigilante converters for well over 10 years in everything from LS1 Streetcars to my FI/A 2000 T/A Stocker. I've also sent converters back to PI to be restalled and had them back within a week. Wouldn't run anything but a PI converter in my cars..

I just went to Yank's website and found that they are just down the street from me...lol
If I was in the market I would wait for the Yank. About the same price as the transmission specialties
Just my opinion.

WOW! Your first ever post on the forum was to resurrect an 11 year old dead post for what seems to basically be an advertisement?
