Default red coupes with black halos

I've seen some post with white, yellow, and some other colors but im wondering if anyone has some pictures of a torch red halo painted black. with or without tints. Also do you think you could use black vinyl on the halo instead
thanks nick

It's a b-pillar. You might have better odds finding it via the search by using pillar.

Vinyl can be used. I've seen a guy cover his entire car from end to end with black matte vinyl.

Vinyl would be the way to go - then you can undo it if you change your mind or if it hurts resale value.

I think it looks good -if a bit f-body

The thing that makes the black halo so badazz is being able to smoke the windows....sometimes I just hate living in NJ Great looking Vette!!

I have my halo painted black(on a Torch Red coupe) and dark tinted windows.I get many compliments. It reminds folks of a fighter plane cockpit it seems.

It will cost you around 60-80 bucks just do it. If you don't like it take it off.

I was going to do it wrapped in gloss black.. The local tint and vinyl shop said the gloss colors scratch on the install and they would never get me the look I wanted. I was glad he was straight up with me and didnt just take my money and throw it on there I just dont know if I want to go ahead and paint it.

yeah it scratches if you use ****ty vinyl. I own a vinyl shop and its all about how u install it. I have done many vw roofs and hoods and never had anyone complain about scratches. try another shop that uses quality materials. also if it does scratch you can wax and buff it.

Thats what I was told and I could have done a flat black but I wanted my halo to blend in with my windows...

After reading Stod16's post he has me thinking about getting a couple more opinions on it...
