It will be great! Just remember, he can't swing a bat or throw a ball (accurately) yet, but be patient.

My first son was 3 when I bought my first Vette (a new '85 coupe that my daughter - age 5 - picked out for me). No Vettes for a while (for obvious reasons).

When he was old enough to drive, we rode motorcycles. Now he's a career Army guy (a helicopter crew chief, and about to become a warrant officer - so he can shoot from the driver's seat). And guess what? He is looking for an old (C3) Vette to fix up, so he and his bride can go straffing when he's home.

Our circle is unbroken.
