I have noticed on a few show cars they have a plate mounted inside the hood on the right side that has the model and year of the car.
Not sure what they are called, but does anyone know where to get them???
I got a rear view mirror repair/replacement mirror from Wal-Mart. They are vinyl and you can cut them with scissors. You can also attach an emblem or paint anything on it you want. I just left mine blank. You can see most of it in this picture. About $6.00

Love the under hood look of your car. Was this something you purchased or custom painted? I've seen the C6 under hood blanket available at Mid America but nothing for the C5.

Thanks, I painted the hood liner with spray cans and model paint.
I had one on my 99 vert. But every time I open the hood it was laying on my battery and fuse box. I tried everything from adding extra 3m tape to some type of glue that should hold up to high temperatures. But nothing worked. Now it's about to be nailed to my wall in the garage.
