Buy 2 quarts and that should give you plenty to do the brake and clutch.
Advanced Auto have a decent price on Valvoline Synthetic brake fluid.
A day or so before you do the cleaning, suck out the fluid that is in the master and replace it with new stuff then drive around a little, it helps clean up the master, then suck that stuff out and put new stuff in then do your flush.
If you don't have anything to suck out the fluid, take a trip to a drug store and get an enema syringe, buy the larger one, I have had the same one for years using it on all types of fluids, just add a small piece of hose, to get down into the master.
