Default Heating/ AC Question

I noticed that in the cold my heat blows hot on the passenger side and only warm on the drivers side until the car is at FULL temp. Once it hits 120 the passenger side is at least 70 while the driver side stays cold until at least 180. Any ideas? It has the duel zone climate Im sure it has something to do with it. Any common issues or easy fixes? Thanks guys

First order of ideas would be to check your DIC and see if it has any codes? If you do not know how to do this, just ask , as there are guys on here that can send it faster than I can tell you.

I had a problem a long time ago that was similar... when the air conditioning was turned on, my driver side was cold, but the drivers side had blasting hot air. It turned out to be actuator door. The dealer charged me $700 to fix it. Unfortunately, this was before I became involved with the forum. With all the great resources here, had I been involved with the forum, I would have had the courage to at least attempt to tackle it myself.

How do you get to the actuator door ? Where is it located?
