Need help with lighting problem (already replaced multi-switch)
Last week while driving home from work (2000 C5), my dash lights started to flicker rapidly and I heard a faint clicking noise. Then my turn signals started acting strange - right turn signal indicator (green arrow light) stayed lit up after returning to off position. My headlights worked at the time but when I got home and shut them off, they turned off but didn't close. My dash lights stopped working completely and at some point I realized all of my exterior driving lights were not working.
I read about the headlight switch (multi-switch) and replaced it (not fun), but that didn't help. I still have the same problems. No headlights/exterior lights/dash lights. At first my left turn signal was blinking rapidly but after a few tries it works normally. Apparently my right turn bulb is burned out because that one doesn't light up at all and the right turn signal just rapidly blinks on the dash which is normal for a burned out bulb.
I tried the emergency flashers and they work fine all around the car minus the burned out right turn signal bulb. I am not sure what to do now that I have already replaced the headlight switch. I was really hoping that would fix the problem but no such luck.
Is there anything else I should check? I didn't check the fuses as it seemed unlikely a bunch of fuses would go bad at the same time. This is my daily driver, and it is a real problem not being able to drive after dark while I try to figure this out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you.

Oh did I mention that I replaced the headlight switch this evening in the dark after I got home from work using a small portable flashlight and the flashlight app on my android phone? What fun that was.

But that just added to my frustration when it didn't work. I was so pumped to get the part in there after two hours of juggling a flashlight and the tools/bolts while lying with my legs in the snow...only to be thoroughly depressed when I tried the lights...and nothing happened.

Ah well.
