Accessory Belt Drive Mod?
I dont know if this is a question worth asking but Im installing a Goodyear V Belt to replace the worn stock belt. I heard that these belts not only dont squeak or squeal but they are supposed to be good for a pony or two. Just askin because it also seems to be a very popular replacement belt. I like the ribbed design too. If this is a dumb question, be kind with the responses, im sensitive.

goodyear gatorback/v belt is a good belt but it will not give you 0.00000001% more power over the stock one.

I appreciate the intelligent response. The hp increase is part of that "Vette mentality". HA!

The only "belt mod" I know of is to remove the AC belt in the winter.
The AC pulley has some weight, not fighting it spinning up every gear s worth something.
