Default almost done with winter projects

the warm weather of late has allowed me to get done some of my winter projects. painted lower rear fascia and fog light screens and just got my c6 z06 wheels. they came all black and i did the red pin stripe myself. i did the test fit and im getting new ps2s mounted tomarrow. unfortunatly one of the rears came with a scrape along the rim, not major but im not pleased. hopefully the vendor will take care of it. in 2 weeks i am going to my parents house to put on my new borla stingers using my dads lift then im all done.

UPDATE: vendor gave me a partial refund and had a super quick response. the scrape was easily covered by the pin stripe so no one will ever know its there.

I like the red stripes on the wheels to go along with the color of the car..

Nice mods you've done - and the pinstripe goes well with the car.

Like that black paint on the rear end. Have a Torch Red vert and may consider adding that to it; very nice.

i bought a roll of red pin stripe from advanced auto for $4 and put it on. I made the mistake of putting it on before the tires went on and it got messed up from the tire machine and i had to redo 2 of them. the guys at discount tire said if it was painted on it wouldn't be problem but with a stick on it is hard to not screw it up. no big deal though. it took me about 5 minutes to fix it. I am thinking about painting it when the weather warms up a little and doing a little wider of a stripe but i want to get that temporary paint to do a test with and see if i like it.
