I agree that the Vette Essentials web site has some awesome instructions. I've used their site for a lot of installs - especially their items.
I agree. When it comes time to upgrade my interior, I'd feel guilty if I did not buy my leather from them considering I have used their instructions so often.
I tried search and advanced search on corvette forum but I came with nothing, so I found corvette essentials by google search, corvette forum search has very seldom worked for me.
Its really simple to do. Remove the surround for the door handle using a flat blade screwdriver in the small slot there and push down slightly to release. Next, under the door handle, there's a small cover. Pull it off with your finger nail. Under it, there are two torx screws that you'll need to remove. From there, begin with a bottom edge and pull it away from the door. Work around to the sides, then lift off from the top edge. Disconnect the connector when its off. Window down makes this easier.

My window will not go all the way down, a week or so ago I heard a sound inside my door like bolts droping or something droping, since then the window will go partially down, but not all the way down, it seems that something came loose and is restricting the window movement.
Either something has come loose in one of the corners of the regulator mechanism or the steel cable of that mechanism has come off the track. New regulator assembly runs $170-$200 usually.
