Is there an online resource I can use to determine how many cars were made like mine? I have been told I have a pretty rare combination and am curious to how rare it is.

For the record it's an 02 convertible, white with white top, light gray interior, 6 speed, z51.

It is my understanding, after reading forum posts, that many people have a 1 of 1.

I sent that link to my Cousin and he got his chest all puffed up because his C4 is a "1 of 1". I told him that's because no one else on the planet wanted it that way.

You have to read between the lines. I think they have a description about how some "options" don't mean much.

Unfortunately, from what I understand, GM never kept detailed records of how many cars had exactly the same options/color combos/etc. on them in a particular model year. Would be nice if that info was available though.

The Corvette Action Center is the best I have found for break downs in the different options. Much better than the Corvette Black Book. I checked both before my first post.

The reason everyone has a "1 of 1" on Compnine is because you're doing a search on your VIN #. If you want something meaningful out of this, just check off the major categories, such as body style (coupe, vert, FRC), exterior and interior colors. You can go a little further, like with the tranny type to narrow it down further. Of course, the more options you check the "rarer" your combo will be.

Hi,

I've seen the Production Numbers on the Corvette Action Center website on various options for the 2004 C5's. However, I have not seen any numbers online for various option combinations. In particular, I am looking for production numbers for the following option combos:

(1) 2004 COUPE, Millenium Yellow, 6-speed Manual

(2) 2004 COUPE, Millenium Yellow, 6-speed Manual, with 1SB Option Package

(3) 2004 COUPE, Millenium Yellow, 6-speed Manual, with 1SB Option Package, and Magnetic Selective Ride Control.

Thanks for anyone that can supply these numbers,

Amin

This is as good as it gets. The people who claim to have 1 of 1 are kidding themselves.

Will the Corvette Black Book have the answer I'm looking for? At the very least, I have to imagine GM kept track of how many 2004 Coupes were yellow and came with Manual Shift.

I know how many 2004 coupes were yellow and how many 2004 coupes were Manual Shift, but how many 2004 coupes are both yellow and Manual Shift? I find it hard to believe there is no record of this basic info. anywhere.

Thanks,
Amin
