When I put new wheels on and move the TPS sensors from the old wheels to the new ones, do I need to make sure they get on the same corners of the vehicle they came from?
You will have to reprogram the sensors if you don't. Which isn't really a big deal. They are very easy to reprogram with a magnet. Takes in all about 5 mins to do.

But if re-using the old ones why not put them in the same place?
I would suggest at a minimum rebuild the sensors with new batteries before putting them back in. The old batteries will have a lifespan of about 10 years, so you should be pushing the limit already. Also, you can now get brand new sensors for about 45 dollars a wheel regardless of C5 year. So that's another option if you don't want to put new batteries in the original sensors (which can be a pain since they are epoxied into the sensor).

I don't think you can do batteries on a 2004. The best prices I found for new ones was at Tire Rack, but shop around, prices change.

Hmm, when did that change? The 2000 (and before) guys can now replace their sensors for $45 a piece? That would be great to tell when the questions comes up, just didnt know it changed.

Please tell me where to get them for this price. I have one that doesn't work and the cheapest I can find it is 95 bucks.
