Anyone know where I could get these? I am a new vette owner and just realized that there were lights there. They have been out since I have been have owned it. Are the factory units bright enough???

Do you need just the bulbs? If it is a standard mirror you can get them at any auto parts store, If it is the auto dimming mirror that is a bit tuffer.
And how to remove? I'm looking to put in some LED's. To answer your question, contact either TSTAR, JW Motoring, or Gene Culley, all these guys are stand up vendors and people. L8R THE FLASH
When I first got my 01 coupe and reading in the manual about these lights i couldn't figure out why mine did not work. Upon furthur examination, i noticed the small connecting cable, pushed on it to make sure it was making a snug fit and what do you know, they came on. I hope yours could be as easy as that. Good luck
To change the bulbs, just pop the lenses out with a small screwdriver, and pull out the old bulbs with some needlenose pliers(put a little electrical tape on the jaws so they grab the bulb getter, and give the pliers a bit of "cushion")
Install the same way,and remember the plastic lenses are side-specific.
Your mirror light switches are on,right?
LED's from JW Motoring work really well in there,I think they're called "festoon" bulbs
