How do these attach?

Is it a press fix into the screw or remove the screw and insert thru a "loop"...

They come with Caps and washers. You can either remove each screw place on the washer replace the screw and snap the chrome cap on it.
Or... The easy way is too is not use the washer and put a dab of clear silicone into the cap and press onto the screw head.
