2002 C5 Corvette

My fuel door will NOT open with the button inside on the console, what could be the problem? How do I fix it?

check the connection 1st as that doesnt cost anything to do

Have you recently had a head unit installed or any other work done to the dash? The wires could have been pulled off the plug under the console or the clip could have been broken. I did it to mine when I removed the console the first time. I ended up putting longer wires in to avoid breaking the clip again in the future.

Could be a stuck fuel door actuator - I have a Word file that talks about repairing it. If it's not a loose connection, etc., then you might check the actuator. If you want a copy of the file, PM me your e-mail address.
