help window will not up and the rain is coming in cant get the door panel off c5

try tapping on the door just in case ita a bad connection other than that you may want to find some plastic to cover it up til the rain stops

Door panel is 2 screws behind the armrest/handle and some pop out clips around the edge. Use a proper pry tool on the clips or be careful with something else so they do not break. Plastic will be quickest to get it sealed until you are in a nice dry place to fix it.

Do you hear the relay click? Have you checked the window fuse in the fuse box?

Yeah, fuse is the first place to look if both windows are inoperable. You didn't mention if your other window works.
I've heard that connection can be lost where the wires pass from the body to the door.....inside the rubber boot. Wiggle that around while holding the button.
Please let us know what the fix was. I hate a "hit and run" question about troubleshooting.

You should be able to swap out the door control modules to verify the operation but be sure to swap them back.
