We had a lot more snow and cold temps here in southern Kentucky this winter than usual. My wife can tell when it's getting to me because she says I undergo a Jekyll/Hyde personality change. Then the weather turned nice last week until this weekend and POW, back to near freezing temps with high winds and rain. I hate winter too. I'm just glad we don't have it as bad as you guys up north.
We had the same system blow through the Mid West ,,lucky it was just wind and rain here!! Gets kind of wild around here,,,50's to 60's one day,,,then a 30 something front from the north west runs into it and sets of a wild weather system!! Neighboring Missouri has had 31 tornadoes already this year,,and usually gets 65 for the entire year year!! We have had a LOT of snow and ice as well this winter.I have managed to get her out a fair amount this winter,,but far less than usual!! I'm ready for spring weather as well!!!
Got some errands to run so mines coming out tonight... at least for a few hours. Just finished my final mod of the winter (elimination of CD player and smartphone/music/GPS hookup) and I need to check things out.
We are going to get 4-8" of snow tonight, mine won't be out again until late April early May! That is when they bring around the street sweepers to pick up most of the gravel/stone they put down all winter with the magchloride.
