I have the audio controls in my work truck. The stereo in the car is less then a arms reach but i just like the steering wheel controls. I've got a Kenwood single din ipod stereo with a remote.

Not only would you have to find a steering wheel with the control, you'd also have to find a column that would fit with the electronics in it to work the controls.
