I got a 11inch on the back with 305s and it looks great. You can do it but would either have to buy the fender kit or the inner wheel well kit. It is actually possible to put a 13Inch rim on a c5.
Im running 9.5 in the front and 11s in the rear. Someone said you can put a 305 on a 11.5 inch rim. Wouldn't the rim stick out. I have 275s on the front but i recommend 265s. The 275s stick out about a quarter inch. I was told to go with 275s don't do it.
Friend is tubbed like me, but he has 12" widened Z06 wheels and 345 Mickey Thompson drag radials. They sit damn near flush with the wheel well and it looks aggressive as all hell.

On my stock NON ZR1 1994 Corvette. I Currently have 11 inch 50mm Offset on ALL FOUR WHEELS with Zero rubbing or chafing anywhere and can turn the steering wheel 100% for a u turn with NO issues. Tires are 315 Toyo, all four wheels.
The wheel company said for "rear wheels only" but they were mistaken. KONI shocks may help on the vertical bounce, but there is NO wheel rubbing for turns whatsoever. Meaning that GM SHOULD have done this stock.
The handling on off ramps and curves with speed is beyond belief. The wheels stick out 1.5 in and I love them.
