OK, guys,First of all, I've had so much fun on this section that I will never completely leave it,but as some already know I bought an unexpected C6
I just sold a beautiful and in excellent condition C5 to a gentleman in Sweden. So I will be over on the other side of the yard, however i will be snooping in here often.
I was going to keep the C5 and turn it into either a fulltime track car or cross country, but it was in too good of a condition and would have had way too many part laying around and didn't really wanted to deal with selling so many parts to do that. We decided to see if we could get a decent price for it and we did.
With that said my son got the fever for a track car and I have a fever to do a project with my son. We are now looking for a broken, worn out, damage C5 to make it into a track monster. So if you have any leads close to North Florida let us know.
See you guys around the forum.

right answer! I could never understand when others would say they are leaving C5 General and moving over to C6 without the thought of continuing here...after all, you do have knowledge of the car that will help others out

I go to the C4 section all the time. Just helped diagnose a faulty Coolant temp sensor as a matter of fact.
No matter the generation,,they are all Corvettes!! They all have their own charms and strengths!! Enjoy,,and have fun with the father son project!! That alone will have it's own rewards and joys!!
