Mod Red/Bl Seats--Why No One Makes Them?
Question: Why doesn't anyone make the Modified Red/Black seat cover replacements for Z06's. There are some replacements but they are not the same as OEM--main differences is the Z06 embroidered on the top of the seat or color of thread. I see enough posts on the forum concerning people trying to find these that I would think someone would make them. Any thoughts or comments especially from the interior seat vendors.

The ones ECS sold were higher quality leather than OEM, and were made in several different patterns of red/black. (or other colors) I thought they were far more attractive than the factory mod combo. I don't know who manufactured them for ECS, but they no longer sell them.

Has anyone actually ordered the red/bl seat covers from Ecklers? Is the Z06 stitching identical to OEM and does it have the suede patch on the inner side of the seat??? I emailed Ecklers several times and asked them the same questions. Their answer was "they are mailed directly to the person from the manufacturer--so they couldn't say."
We need someone who has ordered Ecklers red/black seats to weigh in on this.
