Customer service at its best! Needed a part quick but was out of the country and would be traveling for several days. Sent an email to Dennis at about 6:30 in the AM. By about 7:15 received an answer that the part would be shipped out the same day and not to worry about payment???
Dennis - it's a real tribute to the way you do business and once again receiving the best type of advertising from a customer who is extremely happy that there are businesses providing the outstanding level of service that you do on a consistent basis.
Does anyone know who I am talking about? Hint (Double D Mods)
Oh, also received an email that the $400 plus part had been shipped.
