Which is best will get alot of opinion. For some the best will be based off price or performance or quality and any mix of those plus a few. Vararam and Honker are generally two of the better options. Blackwing, haltech stinger are also popular choices. Do a search on cai or cold air intake and you'll get a bunch of info.

Do a search there is more than enough stuff to read. I had an aFe one mine to start out with. Two years later a I got a Vararam. I should have down the Vararam the first time.

Any of the higher end intakes that people mention on here will do just fine. Don't expect a kick in the pants experience all of the sudden. You need a tune and some headers to really use the extra airflow to it's full potential. Depending on the year you might need a cold air tuned mass airflow sensor. My 99 ran like crap after my CAI install until I bought a tuned sensor. A forum member told me it was something about the computers on 99s and below not adjusting for the added airflow.

Depends. Do you want looks or performance?

I went with looks. Polished BBK.

Thats a good one!!!

If you want something to show numbers on a dyno then get a Blackwing, K&N, or anything like them. If you want something that will put out on the street/strip, get a Honker or Vararam.

I'm pleased with the K&N I installed. It looks good, was a fairly easy installation, and has a nice induction sound when getting into it.
