Default Instrument Cluster Question

I was wondering are the instrument clusters "plug in play?" I purchased a used cluster for my 99 Corvette because my MPH gauge has stopped working. I was wondering because before I send it in and have it flashed to the correct mileage if I plug it in will everything on it work? I want to see if thats my problem before I spend $150 having the mileage flashed. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated!!

Thanks!!!

Ryan

I changed a DIC and it worked right out of the box... Plug n play... Not too bad a job either.. There's a nice write up on the forum.. It'll take a little searching to find...

Nope.....if all is in working condition then you'll have no problems. BTW, VetteEssentials has some great installation instructions for removing the cluster.
