Default Lowering issue, need help!

I am trying to lower my 99 FRC on stock bolts. I got the back lowered just fine, and the front left looks good too. However, the front right sits about half an inch taller. I took the wheel back off and the bolt is turned as far as it will go. The front left bolt shows close to the same amount of threads as the front right which is sitting higher. I drove it for a while to see if it would settle but it didnt. Any thoughts or suggestions?

You will find that all C5's have some variance when you compare measurements to the fender lip side to side, perfectly normal. Mine is a good 1/2" higher on the passenger side as well.

Fixed it for ya. This is right I believe. It's the way I did mine. Measure from the frame and not the fender cutouts. Good luck.
