Default I pod connections

Was wondering which interface to buy the Icar or peripheral for my C5? I found the peripheral to be cheaper. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Call Dennis at double d I just purchased one and it works awesome , Took about 45 min with interuptions I drilled a hole in the ashtray just big enough for cable to fit and it can all be put away and is totally stealth.

I've got the iCar, it was REALLY easy to install and the signal quality is good. The only issue I have is that it hesitates a second or two after you press the "next" button on the head-unit before it switches tracks.

I wonder if that is something the peripheral does also?

http://www.icarkits.com/ iCar is just a box that translates your iPod signal into the headunit through the CD changer port.
