transmission harness help??
Okay so I bought a 97 c5 trans harness and my car is a 99 m6 so as for the harness but the 97 harness has a plug like about 4" long and 1" thick just a lil further back than the speed sensor "sensor on the diff" just wondering if that plug can be just left unplugged and still run the harness or did I get screwed??? Thanks

This is kind of a guess....... 97's have the anti lock brake manifold and electronics mounted in the rear, right by the differential. Are yours at the front or under the rear? This is probably the plug for that.
