6 disc changer question

6 disc changer question
My car came with the bose system, and a 6 disc changer. Inside the changer though, it does not have the individual trays to put the cd on, which then slides into the cartridge. Do you guys have any idea where I can get those trays, or get a replacement disc changer that will swap right out?

Six disc in a C5? I thought they offered single disc head unit and twelve disc remote changer.
