Default dealer codes #'s

I have recently purchased a 1996 Coupe with LT-4 ENGINE. The paper work I have gives some information about the dealer who ordered the car and where it was shipped, etc. Can anyone de-code this information?
On window sticker:
Dealer to whom delivered- NAO Company Vehicle Operations
2901 Tyler Road
Ypsilanti, Mi. 48198

On Build Sheet;
Charge to Code 00070
NAO Company Vehicle Operation
2901 Tyler Road
Ypsilanti, Mi. 48198

Ship to code 62405
NAO Company Vehicle Operations
2901 Tyler Road
Ypsilanti, Mi. 48198

On another information sheet (not sure what it is)
Charge To: NAO Company Vehicle Operations at Ypsilanti, Mi. 48198
Dealer #070 in Zone #00

Car was built for a Particular Person or Purpose
and delivered to Ypsilanti, Mi.
Dealer #405 in Zone #62

Curious who/what the dealer is in Michigan. The odd thing is that the car did not make it a dealer for sale to the first buyer until it had about 12,000 miles. Also curious who/how the 12,000 miles got on the clock. If anybody got any ideas or information, would be appreciated!

Seeing you have a 1996 Vette it is a 4th generation Vette, This is the forum for the 5th generation Vette 1997-2004.

It went to a GM or Chevrolet office at that address. Dealers would be named and the build sheet will have the dealer number.

Do something like a Google search on the name and address.

Default 1996 Information

Go to www.nationalcorvettemuseum.com and to the shop and give them your VIN # and you can order up a new window sticker that will have everything about your Corvette from birth to now.

To answer your question it was a company car driven by some GM exec for the first 12k mi. I (GM retiree or employee) can buy company cars at a discount of ~18% depending on the milage.
