Prior owner modified something with lights
I have noticed that when I turn my parking lights on the headlights also come up but stay off. If I have everything on and turn the headlights off the units still stay up until I also turn the parking lights off.
It seems that something was modified, maybe a jumper put into place? Can anyone advise what might have been done and if its easy to remove I plan to.

Headlights coming up with parking lights usually means that your headlight gear needs replacing. Does one headlight make a machine gun noise when you turn off/put down your lights?
If you have headlights up and go down to parking lights, the lights are supposed to stay up. This is one way you can clean the headlights.
