Clicking Driver's seat
I replaced the washers in both seat knuckles (those of you that have done this, know what I'm talking about) with new washers and fit them very snuggly, but I still have a hardcore CLICK when I brake or accelerate.
I do NOT have any seat movement like the typical rocking that happens on most c5's but the click sounds like it's coming from the left center to left rear of the driver's seat, maybe somewhere under where the seat back and the seat bottom meet or a little further up the rail.
I didn't notice any damage to the rails, rivets, or seat bottoms.
The seat mechanisms work perfectly also...... electric
I noticed a guy that sells these wedges for damaged rails but I didn't notice any damage AND his price for a small piece of metal was exorbitant.
Just an occasional click.... kind of annoying tho
