Default Windjammer Fairing

Have any of you C5 Coup or vert owners ever tried on of these? Wondering if they are worth the money, and how they really look in person.

A buddy of mine had one of these for sale, and gave it to me to try out. I never even mounted it on the car. I didn't care for the mounting system, as it didn't look to be very sturdy. I'd pass on it!

I'd rather have the top on/up than put one of those on my car.

I don't like the way it looks, not for me.

Don't even think a convertible top would be able to open/close with that on. The way it looks in the pic, seems like the top wouldnt clear it.

It takes me about 10-15 seconds to comb my hair. Way less than installing/removing one of these and WAY WAY less than it would take to get my macho-manhood back after being seen using one.

Hell I don't mind the looks that much. If I was making a trip to KC on I-70, and wanted to have my top out, I'd use it. I use to run a bra on my nose and mirrors on interstate runs to save my paint, I didn't like the looks, but I appreciated the function.

BTW: How does this mount?
