non-run flates don't knowe they're non-run flates so 30 psi (or whatever you thought was best for your last set of tires ) should be a fine staring point.
Depending on tire speed rating and how you drive it but anything from 30 to 32 is fine. Some brands require higher pressure for high speed driving, check tire manufacturer recommendation for your tire model.
This comes up a lot. The reason they print the recommended pressure on the door in the car is they know how much the car weighs, which the tire manufacturer does not know (unless its a one off tire, specificaly for one car). Hence you dont rind "recommended" pressure on the tire (just max pressure). That info (the actual weight of the car) plus the oem tire size they have tested and found to perform well.
Its no big deal to go off the pressure on the door, but when in doubt, with most tires you should start there.
I run 31 or 32 up front for the same reasons previously stated and 30 in the backs. I found that anything above 30 in the back tires will cause the centers to wear prematurely.
