Default Need some help..Injectors

Hey everyone,
This morning I was swapping out my ls1 intake manifold for a ported ls6 manifold and think I might have gotten myself in a small bit of trouble or at least extra money down the drain. When I was pulling the injectors off I noticed the 3 of the injectors had left part of their plastic seal inside the manifold. I managed to get the pieces out without them falling into the injector ports but I am left with 3 injectors without the plastic seal. The rubber ones are all fine.

So my question is, do I need to get new injectors? Or will they be fine to throw them back in without the plastic ends? Any help/advice would be great.

Thanks,
Kevin

Default Pindle caps

They just protect if carbon builds up on the tip, or damage if you drop them.
they work fine without them dude.
The engine will run without them but on some injectors missing them or the broken ones can affect the spray pattern, causing a less efficient atomization.

You can purchase replacement on line or auto parts store.
do a search for fuel injector service online or
