Default Question Front wheel size

Can i put a 18X10.5 wide wheel in the front of the Vette? I've done 9.5 but this is a full inch wider and I am torn between a 285/30/18 or a 295-30/18 for the front.

the OEM Z06 rears will go on the front and with a 295 tire

I know a company that has 8 cars with this arrangement

no spacers either

but, be aware that your TCS won't like having the front and rear tires the same size

the OEM ratio of diameter F to R is 0.97

so run larger/taller rear tires or turn off the TCS each time you drive

otherwise, any time you get any angle/drift into the car the electronics will take away throttle and/or apply rear brakes just when you don't want that to happen

Great thanks. I am going with either a 335/30-18/345/30-18 in the back. I am about to receive a set of speedlines I had extended to 18X12 so I think that the ratio diameter I have covered, I just needed to make sure. I was going to move the rears to the front, take the fronts and have them reduce to an 18X4 to run it as a skinny at the track.

Thank you very much.
