Lugnuts
Anyone know what size lugnut is used on the 2000 Corvette coupe with the factory optional magnesium wheels? Also a GM part number would be helpful. Thanks.

In an old parts manual I have, it shows the lug nut as M12x1.5 W/M24x2.0 OTR THD. What that all means, I have no clue. The part number I looked at said 10028815 and was for a 2000 wheel I believe. Best to check with a dealer though - the part number may be replaced by a newer one and a dealer would have the proper resources to get you the right one.

Close on the item number, Jack. 10028615. The inner thread is M12 x 1.5. The outer thread is M24 x 2.0, so you can screw on the gray cap.
If you need just a couple, I've seen them listed on the for-sale thread. Otherwise, Gene at gmpartshouse.com has 'em for about a buck a piece.
