My First C5 (pics)
Just purchased my first C5. After owning a C3 for over 10 years, I always loved the lines of the C5. They had finally brought back the traditional lines with a modern flair.
A work associate emailed me a link for a '04 silver vert available at PropertyRoom.com and sparked the flame that I couldn't extinguish. The location of the vert was just a little to far for me to dive in on that one. But I tell you what, whomever won that auction got a good deal. One owner with 42,000 for $15,150. Anyway I started looking the usual places (ebay, craigslist, autotrader, etc.).
I finally found my C5. 2000 FRC with only 16,000 miles, located within the Chicago metro area. Once I made up my mind, the deal was pretty much done.
