Polyester bra question

Polyester bra question
My car came with a stretch polyester bra, with 3 snaps on each side and matching snap receivers mounted in the wheel well. All that works fine, but there are 3 plastic hook-like devices on either the top or bottom, depending on which way you snap it on. Anyone know how the three hooks might connect, or to what? They look kind of like the half circle type devices you uses to mount electrical cable to a wall and are attached to the bra material. If no one knows what I'm talking about, I'll take some pictures. I've never used a bra before, personally or on my car, so I'm not getting the idea.

They help keep the bra from flapping while the car is at speed.

Thanks, I'm not sure I'll use it, but I'll give it a look.

They work great.
Even as thin as they are they take the hit from stones and prevent chips.
They are very easy to wash... put them in a lingerie bag in the washer.
On the way to Bloomington Gold through construction traffic a rock about the size of a tennis ball dropped into my lane and impacted the fascia.... there was some color tranfer from the black bra but no damage ! The color trasfer came off with detail spray and a microfiber towel.....

My car's old stretch bra wore out after 2 yrs. I washed it several times in the washer, but your supposed to put it in a bag to wash it. Maybe that's why mine stretched out and got floppy, as I didn't do that.
The old one had the 3 plastic hook pieces, but the new one has velcro strips. I actually like that better, seems to hold it tighter. Anyway, they are a breeze to take on and off. Sure saves the nose from the bugs.
