Although I'm not diggin' the current Lovebug swarm, Florida is one of the best "Vette Friendly" states...Window tint is legal (to a certain %) and no front plate!

I seriously doubt that he had his front window tinted over the parking permits --maybe he has eyebrow tinted (top part) but not the whole window
