Can these tires be rotated side to side?

No they are not because they are a directional tire. With a asymmetrical tread pattern for improved handling and corning.

see thats where im confused because the 2 sides of the tires have different tread.there not gonna send you 2 of each with opposite tread patterns?1 side is going to be the outside edge. So if you rotate the tire from side to side your doing just that. Keeping the correct tread on the outside edge.

I just put a set on my car and they can be rotated from side to side. They are not directional but one side of the tire is the outside and has to be mounted on the rim correctly
