Steering Column: Adjustment lever
Hi. I'm posting for a friend who's father-in-law has an '01 coupe with a broken plastic steering column adjustment lever. Evidently the plastic piece only is broken. He's been to the dealer, but they don't make 'em anymore. He's tried a junkyard, but the clown behind the counter wants to sell him the entire dash to go with it.
Does anyone have any experience replacing or fabricating their own solution? Did GM use these in other models for a cross-reference? Thanks for any advice.
