front license plate
just relocated to VA where a front tag is required... removed the insert from the facia but the holes don't seem to line up with the plate. am I missing something? mounting bracket maybe? thanks

several forum vendors sell the partial surround in either black or body color
and same with the clear plastic part that fits like your original blank piece
the plate holes either match up to the top pair or the bottom pair of lugs
bottom is used with the partial surround deal
