Security light on and PCM Code P1631

Security light on and PCM Code P1631
Yesterday evening we went out to dinner and I noticed on the way the Security light remained on. When we stopped at the resturant I ran diagnostics and showed PCM P1631 C. Tried and it would not start. Went on to dinner and we got back to car it started right up and no Security light. Now shows PCM P1631 H. What's going on?

P1631= P1631 Theft Deterrent System Password Incorrect, H means history and not current, I would clear the code and see if it comes back.
