c5winglets
you need to drill holes in bumper to mount them,would like to get them
,with the 3 m tape like the conards have to mount.
Any feedback thanks.

Assuming the holes are for locating pins, why not just cut the pins off and grind flush. Then use 3M tape. Have no idea about the longevity of such.
As to why you want to add them.....that's another question.

Taking off the pins and using the double sided tape should do what you are wanting to do.
