Default Almost Ready

At the body shop and getting ready to paint. Should be ready by the end of next week. Final Color: House of Kolor - Black Wild Cherry Pearl. Been working on the car since last June and can't wait to finally start driving it.

TPE front and rear fenders are all fitted hood matched up perfect. Would love to be able to add the light shrouds but that to will happen in time.

Just curious, why have the angry snails in the back as opposed to inside the front fenders?

Lots of reasons starting with the fact that it is an STS which was my first choice. Decided to use a rear mounted system to eliminate the heat in the engine compartment as well not having to do all kinds of heat shielding. Also the air filters stay much cleaner so the system isn't starving for air.

Have had one in my other vette for about three years and am very happy with it. Finally, no there is no lag, only adding this because that is the question I receive more than any other.

No, I always am more concerned about making sure I don't scratch a panel while removing and storing.

Can't say if it is much harder on a car that has been exposed to extremely elements, salt etc..

It's obviously going to be awesome!

Right now it looks like it was in a "Terminator" movie!

With Arnold getting ready to make a comeback perhaps I should leave it as is for awhile.

Looking forward to the finished/painted pics.

What kind of shrouds are you planning for the Sun Gun lights? Or are you keeping them open?
