I’m interested in the head lights but I have several questions.
1. Do you have any pictures with the lights on shining down the road (on a wall), so I can see how well they illuminate?
2. How do you control how high the head lights open?
3. I know you say you don’t have a date or price on the shrouds/bezels, but it looks like from previous posts that the light have been around since last July and the shrouds/bezels are not available yet (big concern). What stage of production are they in?
4. What would shipping be to 08753?
Thanks.
P.S. I love the look with the partial head light opening.

2. An adaptor plate fits to each headlight motor to change the stop-point.
3. No concerns the shrouds will be developed as soon as we have a projector set for QuikZ06 who is working the shrouds for us. A lot of behind the scene stuff has happened since then including a move by Michael. We're good now.
4. Not sure yet. I'll have to get back with you on that.

That's just a Photoshop of how I envisioned the shrouds to look. Actual shrouds may differ, including the turtlenecks and their respective openings. However, as mentioned earlier, if the shrouds are made to a properly aimed set of lights, then each light will be adjustable to the shrouds. Left/right should be pretty much standard on all cars. Up/down will require minute amounts of adjustment to accommodate the height of the front end. Fore/aft adjustments are then for fitment within the turtlenecks, which is purely cosmetic. Because each light bezel is tapered, the fore/aft adjustment can be used to center the lights within the shrouds, allowing for a uniform gap in the t-necks, and equal amount of bezel protrusion.
But, I'm for letting ZO do what he does and seeing what comes out of it

No you would need different bulbs. I suggest just buying the whole kit as these will be brighter. If you want to keep your ballasts we'll work with you to get the 35 watt bulbs you need.

We'll be taking payment this week. I hope to start on that tomorrow.
We have a few spots left. I have a lot of emails about these to go through that came in yesterday.

Well think about it. If it is a hard shell the spacing surrounding the light frames may end up being larger than desired to allow for proper aiming and fitment.
If it was constructed out of wet suit material it would get the job done and would be cheap.

And If that were the case, what type of finish would that material have and how would it faire in relation to exposure to the elements over the years v. carbon?
Would people who would like the shrouds color matched to their body color (well their cars body color anyway ) be able to paint that material?
