Opinion wanted
One of those cheap plastic selector switches for my manual climate control is stripped/broken.
Would you purchase a new one, or try to find a used one, or glue/JB weld the old one on?
If new, where the heck can you find one?

GM Parts House would probably carry the replacement switch.
Depending on the current condition of your car and whether you plan to keep it for the long run, you may consider upgrading to the later model, digital unit.

I would replace it and keep the old one for parts

I went ahead ordered that. I found a selector switch for 35 bucks but for 50 why not have the whole unit in case I ever need more parts.
You're so helpful!

Probably be cheaper to trade cars than to make that conversion.
